Classes are a combination of Strength and High Intensity Cardio.
Workouts are modified for every fitness level, and members progress at their own pace.
You must sign up via MindBody to participate in one of the class times listed above. Class dates and times are subject to change due to participation levels. We will also be featuring special classes throughout the year. All other class times, not listed above, will be announced via email and social media.
