Workouts are created at the beginning of each month and alternate between Strength & High Intensity classes. Some classes are a combination of both. To make it fun, we name each workout and the names of the workouts correspond with that month's theme. Monthly calendars (shown below) are created to inform members of the workouts & each calendar is shared on social media & our newsletter for members to view. To make it even MORE fun, in class, we also match the music to the workout! This keeps class entertaining & enjoyable for all!
